Message	with junk. Drive around on weekends, when garage doors tend to be up, and maybe you'll spot some. If you're willing to rent, when you tell that pack rat they could turn their junk storage area into income, you may find yourself a work space. Another opportunity might exist in vacant rental houses with separate garages. Contact the landlord and see if they will rent you just the garage. Chance favors the informed
